Key points of our innovative i-Collector buffering technology

Smart

By creating a buffer for a small amount of time, products from stock can be delivered to the right customers at the right time in the right order. In other words: batch in, mix out; both in volume and product variety. This maximizes the capacity of the warehouse with few, additonal, square meters.

Because the technology is ‘on the outside’, issues can be resolved quickly. This ensures a short(er) downtime. The speed of the intermediate buffer system overall provides a more efficient buffer that contributes to a faster turnaround time for orders. This together reduces the total running costs of the transit/outbound process.

Flexible

i-Collector offers an ‘add-on’ to existing (buffer) systems or is part of a (new) total solution. Due to the modular structure, the solution is tailor-made and always fits into the total logistics process, regardless of the product carrier used.

In addition, our solutions can work well with other systems such as Mini-loads, palletizing robots, loop sorters, line sorters and AGVs. The system can also be adapted to future changes. There are almost no limits to our flexibility in terms of product carriers and dimensions.

i-Collector solution is different from what logistics professionals are used to. Because the system is an add-on, it offers, both literally and figuratively, added value in a more sustainable process.

In the i-Collector concept safety regulations, such as sprinklers, can be integrated. With our innovative technology we are able to create a particularly high storage density per floor area. This means that the maximum result can be obtained from a total concept.
